Believing in yourself is more than a statement — it’s a deep rooted belief, a frequency, a vibe to curate within the subtlest layers of your existence. During my dark grieving days, I always used to say, “believe in yourself like it’s a religion.”

As I sit here and write this, a great load of gratitude fills my heart. A second before I opened my computer, typed in “sub…” and was brought to this exact page, I was sitting with my journal that’s nearing its final few pages, red pen in hand, writing on my little kid desk, with two black cushions under my butt, in my black Calvin Klein underwear circa 2019, a fresh pad, and a reliable ribbed (now off-white) tank top bought from Target.

With a gentle cloudy overcast, early morning bird chirps, a view of the gray-ish ocean, heaps of palm trees, and a slight breeze, there was a union that formed while writing in my journal — a future version of me decided to stop by and give some wise words.

What I present below is a joint article written with the version of Chelsey today and a version of Chelsey from the future, sharing some words we all deeply need to hear and surrender into:

As we stated before, “Believing in yourself is more than a statement — it’s a deep rooted belief, a frequency, a vibe to curate within the subtlest layers of your existence,” we are effortlessly experiencing the inability to lock in such security.

What we also often lack is the inability to see without illusion. Maybe the very very first time we see something new, we see it how it is, but shortly after that, it’s diluted into what our minds want to see, think, feel and believe.

This is your reminder that the future version of you has got it all taken care of.

What they’re asking from us now is to simply indulge in the moment like it’s never been experienced before.

To wake up each day allowing a new you to take form.

That nothing can be rushed or slowed down, for the future version of us so gratefully understands the exact positioning from one lit event to another.

They want us to know that it’s going to work out even grander than we can imagine — in a precious, divinely timed manner.

So take these days slow and steady. And these moments slow and steady.

Share and participate in whatever it is that your heart calls you towards. Let your voice sing how it has always meant to.

Lean into everything with (Chelsey) grace, knowing all the while that in the future, that version of you has gotten everything they desired — because of this exact version who is sitting, reading this right now, and going through whatever it is you are experiencing.

There’s no fear along the road with the future version of you. There’s no doubt. There’s no proving yourself to anybody. There’s no jealously, zeal, greed, or competition. There’s just you — with a million versions of you to the left, a million versions to the right, and a crowd of loved ones behind and in front proudly cheering you on.

As I sit here and write this there’s tears forming in my eyes. The potential that’s in our hands is so catastrophic, so magnificent, so gentle and invigorating.

It doesn’t need to be difficult to believe that there really is a version of you who has made it — and they’re sitting with you right now to remind you that everything you wish for is coming your way… If you are reading this all the way till now, it is for a reason.

Just take a moment to tap into this energy. See them, feel them, they are with us…

I can see the energy of future Chelsey: it’s so light, wildly colorful like a rainbow follows her from behind, bright in the sense that there’s a white aura around her at all times, authentically beautiful, compassionate, determined, so healed.

I see Chelsey wearing her heart on her sleeve. I can see her healing others. I can even see my own studio or workplace (or whatever it is) where people come to see me and we go into the healing realm together. Maybe it’s in California, maybe not. I can see myself making all my own products — face wash, deodorant, toothpaste, nail polish, clothing, tampons, and more… I can see that Chelsey with the desired health — clear skin, long hair, normal periods, balanced digestion — a day that has taken a lot of surrender, stillness, and tears. I can see how anything I put my hands on heals — that’s the powers we have.

And I’ll remember back to the (this) day that Chelsey Grace was sitting in India still worried about her skin, digestion, and body. Still confused why her period comes early every month. Still confused why she feels so puffy or bloated sometimes. Still sad that her hair isn’t super long, healthy, and wavy.

But we will always remember that every single second of our past journey was perfectly played out as is. That all those worries, doubts, and “what ifs” was just a version of us who was scared to really embrace the fullest potential.

There is no part of me that wishes to jump to this future version of me — The ride is what makes the destination worth it.

So, take a moment with yourself and tap into this frequency we are talking about. Curate that love that already exists within the universe and has been calling you. Don’t lose hope if the sky feels too cloudy all the well knowing sunlight is always trying to peak through. Love is surrounding you at all times for you must choose to see it. Let’s use this day (and the days to come) to allow ourselves to start fresh — to view reality how it is versus how our illusions want it, knowing with 100% certainty it’s going to work out even better than we imagined.

And just know — we all start at square one. Everything we’ve been given since then is a bonus. And if you do find yourself back there, no need to fret — because you’ve already been there before.

An overwhelmingly amount of love for myself, for you, for our paths, and the incredibleness of walking it side by side is how I am going to start my day.
